●  应 用

1. 本机型是全伺服转盘式6色移印机，适用于红酒瓶，白酒瓶，啤酒瓶以及玻璃杯和不锈钢杯等多种可对夹产品上的图案和文字的印刷，一次装夹6色移印自动印刷完成。

2. 本机型是12工位对夹式转盘，其特点是印刷速度快，可在表面任何位置印刷图案，可套色可套位印刷。

3. 本机PLC控制，大型触控式人机界面操作，调机简单，易操作。含自动站立式进出料系统，无件不印刷，热风干固系统，任意位置印刷旋转系统，移印系统，PLC控制系统等。

4. 旋转工装为伺服控制，可在任意指定位置印刷。

●  Applications 

1.This model is a full-servo rotary table 6-color pad printing machine, suitable for printing patterns and text on various clampable products such as wine bottles (red, white, and beer), glass cups, and stainless steel cups. Once the workpiece is clamped, the 6-color pad printing is automatically completed in a single cycle.

2.This model features a 12-station opposed clamping turntable, characterized by high printing speed, the ability to print on any surface position, and support for both color registration and position registration.

3.The machine is PLC-controlled with a large touchscreen HMI, making setup simple and operation easy. It includes an automatic stand-alone loading/unloading system, no-workpiece-no-print function, hot air drying/curing system, rotary printing system for printing at any position, pad printing system, PLC control system, and more.

4.The rotary fixture is servo-controlled, enabling printing at any specified position.
